For instance, if you are looking for excellent sushi, check out Kazu, one of the top-rated restaurants in Norwalk. However, if you want to try some authentic Greek food, then Estia Taverna on Washington Street should not be skipped. Evarito's Mexican Kitchen & Bar is a go-to option for fantastic Mexican cuisine, with an array of tacos and tequilas to choose from.

In terms of entertainment and shopping, Bambu Night Club is a great place to dance the night away with that special someone or your friends. Of course, you can also hit up The Blind Rhino for a late-night drink to complete your weekend plans.

If shopping is more your thing, then The SoNo Collection will be a must-visit. This establishment is an upscale shopping mall in the South Norwalk neighborhood of Norwalk, offering customers around 89 different chic and modern stores, casual eateries, art installations, and other services over three floors.

For entertainment, head to the Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk to marvel at more than 30 incredible water exhibits. The aquarium also has a 4D theater, cafe, gift shop, and special events like ray feedings and virtual reality dives. The Maritime Aquarium also hosts 90-minute sunset cruises around the harbor, where you can take in the shimmering skyline and maybe see some fun wildlife.

Things to Do

The Sheffield Island Lighthouse and Harbor Tour is an exploration of gorgeous natural scenery and a historic adventure you won't soon forget. The area is known for having some of the best oysters. And the only way to celebrate this fact is to have a festival. The Norwalk Oyster Festival is an annual fair that celebrates the history of the oyster industry in Norwalk. It offers a three-day party for those who want to enjoy some of the best seafood the region has to offer, and every year over 90,000 people show up to enjoy the food, rides, and entertainment.

On the other hand, if you want to spend a low-key weekend enjoying the beauty of the outdoors, then Gallaher Mansion and Cranbury Park will be incredible places to stop by. The park is known for its expansive 227 acres and provides visitors with dog-friendly areas, wooded trails, and unique backdrops for parties, wedding receptions, and other celebrations all year long. Plus, with its 18-hold disc golf course, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Calf Pasture Beach is a gorgeous park and beach, perfect for spending time under the sunny skies. Visitors can relax in the sand, play beach volleyball, have fun at the splash pad, play basketball, enjoy a picnic, and more.
